Canada Day comes once a year and we are always ready to frolic in the sun and have some fun.
Like many other cities across the country Kelowna host several events on the birthday of our nation, and keeping people informed of their options is part of an awareness and marketing plan the extends past just word of mouth and straight into Digital Marketing Kelowna events.
Already we are preparing for the 2018 summer season and time is running out, so check back often and make sure you don’t miss out on this years Canada Day fun.

Apply to be a part of this fun community festival!
Interested in performing on one of the 5 stages?
We feature a variety of artists on our stages in a diversity of styles, from Rock to Country, Folk to Jazz, Reggae to Celtic, and all genres in between! If you want to be considered for performing, please submit an Interested Performer application. Please remember that we only have so many spots on our stages, so not everyone that applies will get a booking. However, we need performers for the other events we produce and if you don’t object, we’ll use your application to fill those stages as well.
Made in Canada Marketplace Applications
Celebrate Canada Day – Kelowna invites applications for interested artisans and crafters for our “Made in Canada Marketplace” each year. The “Marketplace” is intended to showcase the artwork of Canadian artisans and their handmade, Canadian artwork. Note: If you were approved at last year’s event and are not planning to sell new products, simply apply and indicate this on your form. If you are new, your artwork will need to be approved for the Marketplace.
Canada Day Bazaar
Are you a small or home-based business, looking for a way to showcase and sell your product in a fun environment? The well received “Canada Day Bazaar” provides space for small, retail and commercial businesses at a reasonable price to showcase their products to over 60,000 people at the festival. Community Group Showcase
Local, non-profit associations are welcome to set-up a display booth in Waterfront Park in our “Community Area”. where they will have the opportunity to share information to over 60,000 patrons about the important role their non-profit group plays in our community, making it a better place to live. A nominal participation fee is charged as a donation towards the festival.
Taste of Canada (food vendor)
Applications for interested food and beverage vendors for our Taste of Canada Marketplace are accepted annually. There are a limited number of spaces available, and are allocated based on such factors as creating a diverse mix of food products for the festival and application deadlines. Kids Zone
Do you have an activity that children would enjoy participating in? Face painting, hula hooping, hockey shoot, balloon drop, parachute play, arts & crafts, storytelling – these are just some of the fun and interactive stations that groups have presented at Canada Day. We welcome groups and organizations to set up an interactive display for free, and in return are able to share information about their product or service to the community.
